Product Structure

Rubber support part: It is composed of a thin layer of rubber and a thin layer of steel plate, which are tightly bonded to ensure the deformation constraint of the steel plate on the rubber layer, making it have high vertical bearing capacity and large horizontal deformation capacity.
Sliding material: Low friction materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene are usually used to form a friction pair with mirror stainless steel plates to achieve horizontal sliding.
Sliding panel: Cooperate with sliding materials to achieve horizontal sliding function.
Upper and lower connecting plates: used to connect the support with the upper structure and foundation, usually made of Q235 steel plate or Q345 steel plate, with a thickness of not less than 25mm. |
